Practice Manager
Penelope is the practice manager at Connect Dental Care; she has over 9 years of experience in dentistry. She is devoted to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. She loves connecting with people and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout their dental journey. With Cuban, French, and American heritage, she is bilingual and embraces her diverse background and her genuine love for connecting with others. She finds dentistry especially rewarding because she gets to help patients achieve greater confidence and fall in love with their smiles. She is committed to helping others and serving as a dedicated advocate for her patients. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, working out, cooking, singing, watching movies, and spending quality time with her husband, family, friends, and beloved pets.

Lab Technician/Dental Assistant
Laura is passionate about giving people the smile they have always wanted. Not only is she a Dental Assistant but also our Lab Technician. Along with all this, she is a mother to an energetic toddler daughter and happily married.
Lissy
Dental Hygienist
Lissy was born in Cuba and lived in Spain before coming to Miami. She has been a Dental Hygienist for over 20 years. Throughout the years, she has met and worked with great accomplished dental professionals who have contributed to my skills and growth working in the dental field. She loves her profession and strives in offering the best care to her patients with honesty and integrity. On her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to jazz, and admiring the ocean as well as traveling.
Beatriz
Dental Assistant
Beatriz is a dental professional who earned her dental degree in Cuba in 2014. She has worked as a Dental Assistant for many years, bringing her clinical background and experience in patient care to the dental field in the United States. With a background in dental assisting and administrative functions, Beatriz has developed a well-rounded understanding of dental care and the importance of providing patients with a positive experience. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental visits. Beatriz is dedicated to providing compassionate care, working as part of a team, and continuing to grow professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys music and spending time with family and loved ones.
